Privacy policy

The short version

This is a personal website. There are no accounts, no analytics, no ads, and no tracking. This site does not set cookies and does not sell or share anything about you. A few things on the page load from other services, and they're listed below.

Who runs this site

What happens when you visit

Hosting

Like every website, the server that hosts this one keeps standard technical logs: your IP address, browser type, the page you requested, and when. The host (Vercel) uses these to keep the site running and secure, and deletes them on its own schedule. I don't use them to identify anyone. See Vercel's privacy policy.

My Discord status

While the page is open, your browser asks this site for my current Discord status about every 30 seconds. The site gets that status from Lanyard; nothing about you is sent to Lanyard. The status is information about me, not you.

My Discord avatar and the picture for whatever I'm doing load directly from Discord's image servers (cdn.discordapp.com and media.discordapp.net). Like any image host, Discord can see your IP address and browser when these load. See Discord's privacy policy.

TikTok videos

The videos section only loads anything from TikTok after you click show TikToks (or a video's play button). Once you do, TikTok's player runs on the page, and TikTok may set cookies and collect data about you under its own privacy policy. Your choice isn't saved anywhere: reload the page and nothing from TikTok loads until you click again.

Links to TikTok, YouTube, GitHub, Discord, Prism, and Clide take you to other sites, which have their own privacy policies.

Cookies and storage

This site doesn't set cookies and doesn't use local storage. The only possible cookies come from TikTok, and only after you choose to load it. More in the cookie policy.

Children

This site isn't aimed at children under 13, and it doesn't knowingly collect personal information from anyone.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/UK, the LGPD in Brazil, or the CCPA in California), you have rights over your personal data, like asking what's held about you or asking for it to be deleted. This site doesn't collect or store personal data itself, so there's usually nothing for me to hand over or delete. For hosting logs, Discord, or TikTok, those companies handle requests under their own policies. You can always message me and I'll help however I can.

Changes

If this site starts doing something new with data, this page will be updated first, with a new date at the top.
